Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email, phone number and password.
• Order details — items ordered, delivery address, and body measurements you choose to save for made-to-measure pieces.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Paystack). We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as the last four digits and a payment reference.
• Usage & device data — pages viewed, actions taken, and technical data (IP address, device/browser) used to run and secure the Platform.
• Communications — messages you send to a Designer or to our support team.

• To create and manage your account and process your orders.
• To share the information necessary to fulfil your order with the Designer you buy from (e.g. your name, contact, delivery address and measurements).
• To take payment and pay Designers their share.
• To send order updates, receipts and service messages, and — where permitted — occasional product news you can opt out of.
• To provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.

We share information with: the Designer fulfilling your order; service providers who help us run the Platform under confidentiality obligations — for example payment processing (Paystack), image hosting (Cloudinary), email (Resend) and SMS/OTP (Termii); and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Deleted records are retained for a limited period before permanent removal.

You can access and update your profile, addresses and saved measurements in your account, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Subject to applicable law, you may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some data may be retained where we are legally required to keep it.

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
