Verified designers
Every designer is identity-verified before they can sell, and their track record — completed orders, ratings and dispute history — sets their trust tier. New designers work under limits until they’ve proven themselves.
Pay a deposit, not the full amount
For made-to-measure pieces you pay a deposit to get started and the balance before your item ships — so you’re never paying everything upfront.
Something wrong? Raise it
If your order doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match what was described, report it from your order page. Our team reviews the evidence from both sides and steps in.
Refunds you can count on
When a designer is at fault, you’re made whole — backed by Haute’s Buyer Protection fund, even if the designer can’t cover it themselves.
A note on measurements
For made-to-measure orders, the fit depends on the measurements you provide. Use our measurement guide for the best result — fit issues caused by incorrect measurements aren’t covered, but we’ll always help you and your designer find a solution.
