Delete your account

You can delete your Haute account at any time. Deletion is permanent — an account cannot be restored once it has been deleted.

From the app

Open the Haute app and go to More → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm before anything is removed.

If you no longer have the app

Email hello@hauteapps.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email address and phone number
Your delivery addresses and saved payment cards
Your saved measurements
Identity documents and verification details, for designer accounts
Bank account details, for designer accounts
Your store and its public page, for designer accounts

What we have to keep

Records of orders and payments are kept with your personal details removed. Nigerian tax law requires businesses to retain financial records, so these cannot be erased along with everything else. They no longer identify you.

Before you delete

If you sell on Haute, you will be asked to finish or cancel any orders still in progress, and to settle any unpaid balances, before your account can be closed — so no customer is left waiting on work they have paid for.
