How Minis Fashion Signature handles delivery, returns and your order.
Shipping & delivery
Most pieces are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, Minis Fashion Signature begins production and will keep you updated through to dispatch. Delivery options have not been listed for this store — delivery or collection is arranged with the designer directly once your order is placed. Delivery timeframes and costs are confirmed at checkout or by the designer.
Returns & exchanges
Because many items are made to order or bespoke to your measurements, returns are handled case by case. If there is a problem with your order — a defect or the wrong item — contact Minis Fashion Signature within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
