Shipping & delivery
Most of our pieces are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, we begin production and keep you updated through to dispatch. Delivery timeframes and costs are confirmed at checkout. [Edit this: add your delivery areas, typical timelines and any delivery fees.]
Returns & exchanges
Because many of our items are made to order or bespoke, returns are handled case by case. If there is a problem with your order — a defect or the wrong item — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
